The City of Carlsbad Comprehensive Plan is the City’s primary policy document that provides the foundation to guide growth and development for the next 20 years. It is a living document that is intended to be used and referenced by the elected officials and community members alike. The draft plan is available for review ahead of the third public meeting, which will be on Thursday, Sept. 4th, 2025, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the City Council Chambers at 114 S. Halagueno Street.
